I will show you how to crochet the basket weave stitch top in this crochet tutorial. This crochet DIY top has a beautiful, detailed, strong, stitch. This is a great top to wear as a standalone top for the warmer seasons or as an overtop for the fall/winter.

The basket weave stitch may seem difficult to attempt, but with easy instructions that I will share, you can master it in no time. My video has easy-to-follow instructions that are beginner-friendly. Before starting this project, you will need to know the basic crochet stitches that will be used, such as single crochet, double crochet, and slip stitch. The stitches I will teach you for this tutorial are the dc/rf and the dc/rb stitches. This post contains an affiliate link that helps me make a small commission at no extra cost to you.
